Renovation & Refurbishment
Full house renovation and refurbishment, reconfigured, rewired and refinished throughout.
Overview
A full renovation is a rebuild behind the existing walls. We strip properties back to structure across United Kingdom, then reconfigure, rewire, replumb and refinish them to a standard that will last for decades, in period and modern homes alike.
Our design side prepares the layout, joinery and finishes before work starts, so decisions are made once and on paper, not halfway through the programme. Bathrooms are tanked and tiled properly, kitchens are fitted by our own joiners, and every floor is finished with materials suited to how the home will be used.
You deal with one team from survey to snagging. That single point of accountability is why our renovations finish on programme and why our clients come back for their next property.
