The project

Overview

A full refurbishment of a period family house in Sevenoaks, where the original character was kept and carefully restored. Beamed ceilings, leaded glazing and dark timber joinery were brought back, while the layout was reworked so the reception, dining room and kitchen flow together.

The kitchen was rebuilt with shaker cabinetry and quartz worktops, bathrooms were fully retiled and rebuilt, and every room was refinished with new hardwood flooring, lighting and decoration. Delivered by our own team from first drawing to final key.
