The project

Overview

A full refurbishment of a period house in Clapham, opened up so the kitchen, dining space and living room share light from front to back. Original bay windows and deep skirtings were kept and restored against fresh white plaster and hardwood flooring.

The kitchen was rebuilt with shaker cabinetry, stone worktops and brass fittings, bathrooms were fully retiled in marble, the lower ground rooms were reconfigured, and the rear garden was rebuilt as a decked terrace with stone walling. Delivered by our own team from first drawing to final key.
